Weight loss coaching sessions and packages can happen virtually or in person, depending on your location and the level of coach-client interaction you’re looking for. Your program can be tailored to be anything you want, but here are a couple of basic packages to get us started:

10 Weeks to Weight Loss – Virtual
This is a 10-week, comprehensive weight loss course based on the program outlined in my book, Reboot Your Body: Unlocking the Genetic Secrets to Permanent Weight Loss. The package includes a weekly program email with  journal assignments, customized nutritional and exercise guidance, up to four virtual chats via Skype or FaceTime, and regular check-ins via email, text or phone.  The cost of the program also includes a paperback or eBook copy of Reboot Your Body: Unlocking the Genetic Secrets to Permanent Weight Loss. Cost: $350

10 Weeks to Weight Loss – In-Person 
This is a 10-week, comprehensive weight loss course based on the program outlined in my book, Reboot Your Body: Unlocking the Genetic Secrets to Permanent Weight Loss. The package includes 10 one-hour private coaching sessions at your location or The FIT Lab (one each week),  weekly journal assignments, customized nutritional and exercise guidance, and regular check-ins via email, text or phone between our sessions.  The cost of the program also includes a paperback or eBook copy of Reboot Your Body: Unlocking the Genetic Secrets to Permanent Weight Loss. Cost: $650
