Group fitness sessions are a fun, economical way to experience a customized workout with one of the Twin Cities’ top trainers.

I lead small to mid-sized group fitness classes and training sessions at Flex Appeal in Saint Paul, and during warmer months I also offer outdoor Fitness Meet-Ups in the Mac-Groveland/Highland Park Area. To keep the workouts fresh, I frequently mix up what’s on offer, so be sure to check back here or follow me on Facebook or Twitter. Small and Mid-Sized Group Training Sessions

Buddy sessions can be customized to your group’s specific goals, or we can follow a typical small group class format. Cost varies according to the number of buddies:

2 People – 60 Minutes: $40 per person / 30 Minutes: $25 per person
3 People – 60 Minutes: $30 per person / 30 Minutes: $20 per person
4 People – 60 Minutes: $22 per person / 30 Minutes: $17 per person
5 People – 60 Minutes: $20 per person / 30 Minutes: $15 per person
6 People – 60 Minutes: $17 per person / 30 Minutes: $10 per person
